The park is located in south of Poland, approximately 35 km from Katowice, within 1 km from the A4 highway and 6km from the proposed intersection of A1 and A4 highways.

Tulipan Park Gliwice is situated on an area of 46 ha and provides 200,000 sq m of modern warehouse and light industrial accommodation. Units offered for lease are available starting from 2,200 sq m and can be designed and built to suit occupiers’ specific requirements, including office facilities on the mezzanine if required.
